If your Florida driver license has been suspended, revoked, or canceled, the Hendry County Tax Collector’s Office can assist with driver license reinstatement once all requirements from the Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles (FLHSMV) have been satisfied.
Suspensions may occur for a variety of reasons, including unpaid traffic fines, failure to maintain insurance, court requirements, or administrative actions. While we do not determine suspensions, we can process reinstatements after clearance has been issued.
